Duties The position includes shared mentorship for a class. Being a mentor means you have close dialogue with students and guardians. You will be part of a team of teachers in grades 7-9. Together with your colleagues, you create conditions for students' knowledge development and for reaching the goals of the curricula. Together you are responsible for planning, documenting, analyzing, evaluating, and following up on students' development. You and your colleagues work to create an enjoyable and varied school day with students' best interests in focus. Subject work takes place at subject conferences, which are led collaboratively and in most subjects also have a lead teacher. The work also involves collaboration with professionals in student health, other staff, and other actors outside the school. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher for grades 7-9 with a qualification in Spanish. If you have good experience working with GSFE and other digital platforms, that is meritorious.
