DUTIES We are now looking for you who are a certified Spanish teacher for grades 7-9, preferably in combination with an additional subject. As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, confident, and stable. You have strong skills in meeting students' different needs, are easy to collaborate with, and can create and maintain good relationships. You see yourself as part of a team with a focus on teamwork. In your leadership, you are clear, motivate others, and create engagement and participation. It is advantageous if you have some years of experience working in a school. In this position, you will work as a teacher in grades 7-9. You will collaborate with other teachers within your work team, the student support services, and the management group. Your responsibilities include: -Planning, teaching, and assessment according to the curriculum and current guidelines -Adaptation to students' varying needs, with a high degree of differentiation -Active participation in Anton projects, international themes, and any Erasmus initiatives -Interdisciplinary collaboration with classroom teachers, student support teams, and school leadership -Collaboration within work teams and subject teams and participation in the school's collegial development work Qualifications -Teaching degree with certification in Spanish, preferably in combination with other subject(s) -Experience teaching in primary/secondary school -Ability to lead, motivate, and create engagement -Good organizational skills and experience with digital tools in teaching -Strong communication skills and relationship-building: with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians We Offer -A creative and internationally oriented school environment with student-centered teaching -Competent colleagues, a high student-to-staff ratio, and strong student support services Do you have a passion for educational work and close collaboration with colleagues?
