Job Responsibilities We are now seeking a Spanish teacher on a part-time basis. You plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction based on the laws, regulations, and governing documents that apply to teachers. You communicate the goals of instruction and clarify your assessment to students. You assess students' goal achievement and assign grades according to the curriculum. In your role as mentor, you support students by understanding their needs, monitoring their studies, and participating in the goal of achieving an upper secondary diploma. As a mentor, you build relationships with students and maintain contact with guardians. In collaboration with school leadership and colleagues, you contribute to creating favorable conditions for the school's students to thrive, develop, and reach their goals. In collegial forums, you have the opportunity to share your subject knowledge and further develop your pedagogical skills. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher and have teaching certification in Spanish at the upper secondary level. Previous experience working as a teacher is an advantage. You have strong digital competence and integrate digital tools naturally in both planning and teaching. You use the computer as a self-evident tool in both pedagogical work and administration. You demonstrate genuine engagement with young people's situations, have a strong ability to recognize different needs, and adapt your working approach based on your target group. You are open to developing and trying new teaching methods. Great importance is placed on personal suitability such as creativity, good collaboration skills, and your ability to adapt when circumstances change and find solutions in everyday work.
