Your Assignment In your role as a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching. Your assignment includes: · planning and conducting teaching that awakens engagement and curiosity in students · creating a safe, clear, and structured learning environment where all students have the opportunity to develop · adapting teaching based on students' different needs and circumstances · assessing and communicating students' academic development · collaborating with colleagues in work teams and subject teams to create coherence and progression in student learning · actively contributing to the school's development work What This Position Requires · Teacher certification with authorization to teach Spanish and Swedish or English to grades 7–9. · Strong ability to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on curriculum and course plans. · Strong ability to assess and document students' academic development and communicate this with students and guardians. · Good collaborative skills and ability to work both independently and together with colleagues in work teams and subject teams. · Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have: · experience teaching grades 7–9 · experience with differentiated instruction and work with accommodations · experience using digital learning tools in teaching To obtain employment, a certificate from the Police's criminal record register must be provided. A certificate from the suspicion register may also be relevant depending on the position.
