Minneberskolan is seeking an engaged Spanish teacher for our newly built school in Arvika's city center – a middle school adapted to each student's needs. Here there are safe spaces for recovery, community, activities, and relationship building. The position is 30%, and you will become part of a safe and development-oriented school environment with a focus on collaboration, student-centered teaching, and strong results. Qualifications To succeed in the role of Spanish teacher, we see that you have: Accredited teacher with certification in Spanish. Ability to create an inclusive, clear, and motivating learning environment. Good ability to plan, implement, and follow up on instruction in accordance with curriculum guidelines. It is also advantageous if you as a Spanish teacher also have: Experience teaching grades 7–9 is beneficial. To thrive in the role of Spanish teacher, we see that as a person you are a confident and engaged educator with a strong ability to meet students at different developmental levels. You find it easy to adapt your teaching methods and communication based on the needs of the student group and are comfortable switching between teaching different ages within grades 7–9. You are flexible and solution-oriented, and you can quickly adjust when conditions change in the operation. You work in a structured manner, while also having a creative side that helps you find varied teaching methods that inspire students. As a person, you are collaborative and actively contribute to a positive and professional work environment. You have a good ability to build relationships, create a sense of security, and motivate students to develop their language skills. Responsibilities In your duties as a Spanish teacher, you will: Teach students in grades 7–9 in Spanish at Minnebergsskolan. Plan, prepare, and implement instruction in accordance with the curriculum and municipal guidelines. Assess, document, and monitor students' knowledge development.
