Responsibilities Will you grow with us this fall? We urgently need more engaged teachers with certification in SFI and Swedish as a Second Language at the basic level for our evening classes in Kviberg and Majorna. Working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends. Your tasks will primarily consist of: Planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching and other pedagogical work within the operations. Documentation and review of results and quality based on the school's governing documents and applicable agreements. Administrative tasks relevant to the position. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has teacher certification and is qualified to teach SFI and Swedish as a Second Language at the basic level in adult education. Additional subject certifications are a merit. You have current experience teaching in adult education. Even if you are not yet a certified teacher, you could be relevant for a time-limited assignment if you otherwise meet the qualification requirements. You have very good digital skills and administrative ability, and you thrive with sometimes high work pace. You demonstrate great flexibility and have the ability to individualize instruction and working methods, and you practice inclusive teaching. You are someone who sees opportunities and is used to taking initiative and personal responsibility. You also work well in groups and see the value in working together as a team toward common goals. You have a solution-focused approach and are process-oriented. You are good at motivation work and at bringing out people's potential. Showing respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role is self-evident to you. You proceed from the equal value of all and create a good atmosphere in meetings.
