The Position and Your Responsibilities We at Falkbergsskolan in Tullinge are seeking you—a certified teacher with qualifications in science subjects, technology, and experience teaching grades 6-9. You will be part of one of the school's four work teams and teach all science subjects and technology to four classes within grades 6-9. In your role, you will conduct instruction in science and technology, along with associated tasks such as preparing and following up on lessons, and grading. You will be part of a work team and participate in the team's collaborative efforts. You will contribute to a good learning environment through active participation in work groups with a collective focus on student learning development. You will also collaborate with other school staff. You will actively participate in the school's values-based work and teach inclusively. You are committed to staying current as a teacher and in your subjects through environmental awareness, professional development, and collaborative learning. Mentoring is a central part of your role through social connections with students and classes, contact with guardians, absence management and development conversations, as well as collaboration with authorities and social services. In your role, you will collaborate with the student support team. You are expected to be able to work with digital tools in your instruction.
