The school has approximately 350 students who, together with staff, are divided into work teams. This position is a temporary substitute for parental leave during the autumn. There is a possibility for extension during the spring term as well. 1 position(s). Job Responsibilities Albäcksskolan's vision is a school for all where we work together and learn from each other, both students and educators. Important puzzle pieces to achieve this are to continuously develop teaching using proven methods such as cooperative learning, differentiation, language-developing approaches, and also develop digital competence. We are now seeking you, a Music Teacher, who wants to contribute to students' learning and development at Albäcksskolan. You will teach in half-class groups to give students the best conditions to master music. You have the drive to continuously develop your teaching to meet student groups in the best way. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction together with colleagues. Since each work team has mentors, it means that as an educator you will not have a mentoring role but will focus on teaching and planning. Qualifications We are seeking someone who is a certified teacher with authorization to teach music. Your teaching is characterized by a student perspective where you work in a language- and knowledge-developing, cooperative, and digital manner. You make conscious choices to increase students' motivation and sense of meaningfulness. You see collegial learning and good relationships as a success factor for succeeding in your mission.
