Kalmarsunds Gymnasium Federation is a municipal confederation tasked with conducting and developing upper secondary education and municipal adult education for the member municipalities of Borgholm, Kalmar, Mönsterås, Mörbylånga, and Torsås. We have approximately 4,000 students and 600 employees distributed across our five schools. Stagneliusskolan is one of the upper secondary schools in Kalmarsunds Gymnasium Federation and has approximately 1,100 students and approximately 120 employees. We offer programs in social sciences, economics, law, and commerce. We also have a unit for students with neuropsychiatric disabilities within the autism spectrum. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a teacher qualified to teach mathematics in upper secondary school. You drive pedagogical and didactic school development in a collegial climate. You inspire students, can meet them at their level of knowledge, and advance their learning further. This means you collaborate well with colleagues, build good relationships with your students, recognize opportunities, possess solid pedagogical methods and strategies, and can implement them in practical action. QUALIFICATIONS To be qualified, you must have upper secondary teacher certification according to the provisions of the School Act regarding qualifications (SFS 2011:326). You should be interested in working in teams and participating in various development groups. We place great importance on your personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-08-10 In August or by agreement. Working hours: Daytime. Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police records of disclosure for work in schools must be provided. To strengthen Kalmarsunds Gymnasium Federation's ability to conduct operations under heightened alert status, all permanent employees will be assigned to civil defense duties.
