Ref: 20261764 Malmö Neptunigymnasium is seeking a teacher to instruct mathematics and/or biology for a parental leave position at 20% during the 2026/2027 school year. Work with us and contribute to the future of Malmö residents and society. Duties As a teacher, you work to help students develop their full potential—both academically and socially. You support, motivate, and encourage each student to meet learning objectives based on their circumstances. Your work includes planning, instruction, and assessment, as well as evaluation and development of pedagogical activities in accordance with the school's governing documents. We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, where you will be in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to quality and development initiatives at the school. Qualifications Requirements: Teaching certification Eligibility to teach mathematics and/or biology at the upper secondary level Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy Solid understanding of school objectives and governing documents Excellent Swedish in speaking and writing Meritorious: Eligibility to teach other subjects Experience teaching mathematics and/or biology at the upper secondary level Experience in other teaching or pedagogical work We are looking for someone who is confident in the teaching role and creates good conditions for student learning and development.
