We are now seeking a teacher with a strong desire to make a difference in students' school days. In this role, you will teach mathematics to grades 7-9, together with a colleague. You will also teach students in grades 4-9 in the school's study yard two days per week. The position offers a broad and varied assignment with many interesting challenges. Qualifications We are seeking someone who holds teaching certification according to Chapter 2, Section 16 of the Education Act and is qualified to teach mathematics in grades 4-9. You have pedagogical insight, meaning you are familiar with the school's mission and operations. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you are also qualified in additional subjects. We are looking for you! We seek someone with clear leadership and the ability to capture and inspire the group you teach. As a person, we are looking for someone who is a secure and clear adult and has a good understanding that many students need support and structure both in their learning development and in social interaction to succeed in their school day. You are organized, flexible and confident in your professional role with the ability to make priorities with student success in focus. It is very important that you can create good, safe relationships, set boundaries and work independently. At the same time, the position requires high demands on collaboration skills, as it involves close cooperation with students, colleagues and guardians.
