Duties

We are now looking for a teacher with a strong desire to make a difference in students' daily lives. In this role, you will teach mathematics, science subjects and technology for grades 7-9. You will also share responsibility as a class mentor. The position offers you a broad and varied assignment with many interesting challenges.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have teacher certification according to Chapter 2, Section 16 of the Education Act and are qualified to teach mathematics, science subjects and technology for grades 7-9. You have pedagogical insight, i.e. are familiar with the school's mission and operations. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
During the 2026/27 school year, a lead teacher assignment is included in the position.
The lead teacher assignment includes developing mathematics instruction and leading the subject group's work to ensure more students achieve increased goal attainment. This requires that you:
have teacher certification
can through documentation demonstrate at least four years of well-documented teaching work within one or more positions in the education system.
have demonstrated particularly good ability to improve students' academic results and have a strong interest in developing instruction
are assessed by the principal as particularly qualified for teaching and tasks related to teaching.
A concrete plan for the lead teacher assignment will be drawn up by the principal in August 2026. The plan can be revised as the work progresses.

You who have clear leadership and the ability to engage and inspire the group you teach. It is very important that you can create good secure relationships, set boundaries and work independently. At the same time, the position places high demands on cooperation skills, as it involves close collaboration with students, colleagues and guardians.
You are flexible, calm and confident in your professional role with an ability to prioritize with the student's best interests in focus. In recruitment, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
