Fröviskolan 7–9 is a small and welcoming middle school with approximately 240 students, located in Frövi – just 15 minutes from Örebro by train. Here, students from Frövi, Fellingsbro, and Vedevåg meet in a safe environment where relationships, proximity, and engagement are central. We are a school with a strong focus on students and are currently working on a change initiative together with Skolverket to become even better. Our student support team, together with a school social worker, education and career counselor, and school library, strives to create good conditions for both learning and well-being. With us, you have the opportunity to have a say, develop, and make a difference! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will work as a subject teacher in mathematics, physics, and technology. Your duties include collaboration with colleagues as well as communication with students, guardians, and other authorities. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in a multi-year development project (Targeted Interventions) aimed at developing instruction and increasing student achievement. You will serve as a mentor together with a colleague, where you will jointly support students in one of the school's 11 classes. QUALIFICATIONS • We are looking for someone who is trained or is currently training to be a teacher. Other subject qualifications may also be of interest. • Experience with teaching practice is a merit. • Particularly skilled at working in a team As a person, you are flexible and accustomed to independently planning your work, you are solution-oriented, and have a good ability to view situations from a holistic perspective.
