Lillåkers School is a one-year-old resource school, grades F-9, with a focus on autism that opened in newly renovated facilities in Lidingö in autumn 2025. DUTIES You create clear and positive sports leadership where structure and motivation create a safe learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. As a physical education teacher, you have the opportunity to develop and adapt instruction to promote joy of movement, cooperation, and create interest in health for students who sometimes may need motivation for physical activity. Together with your colleagues, you will: • Work preventatively and operationally to support students in need of adjustments and special support. • Teach and develop instruction and establish accessible and inclusive learning environments. • Actively participate in the school's work on student health-promoting initiatives and create good relationships with students and guardians. As a teacher of physical education and health/social studies: • Be responsible for all students' physical education/social studies instruction • Be responsible for some of the school's traditions Since the position is a part-time role at 50%, it can be expanded with 20% teaching in visual arts. The subjects are then distributed across different days. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are certified and qualified as a teacher in physical education and health, and social studies. You have clear and inclusive leadership in instruction and plan and conduct instruction according to each student's needs. To work with us, you need to have: • Ability to work with different teaching methods and create inclusive learning environments. • Experience in mentoring and collaborating with other pedagogical staff. • Excellent collaboration skills. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer. The municipality applies individual salary setting. Start date by agreement.
