About the Position We are looking for an elementary school teacher with qualifications for grades 4–6. At Aspen Montessori we work with two-teacher models, which means that we are two teachers working together in the classroom. You and your colleague work to create a stimulating, safe, and meaningful environment for our students. You have clear pedagogical responsibility together with your closest colleague. The position is a permanent employment at 100%. Start date fall 2026 or by agreement. Job Responsibilities Plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction based on Lgr22 Create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment Support students' social development, interaction, and independence Actively contribute to the school's values-based work and collaborative development efforts Qualifications Accredited teacher for grades 4–6 Experience working in school activities Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Good collaboration skills and professional, respectful conduct Interest in school development and willingness to contribute to the school's systematic quality work Meritorious · Qualification to teach physical education or English · Knowledge of or interest in Montessori pedagogy Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Confident, responsible, and clear in your pedagogical leadership Relationship-building and responsive to children's diverse needs Proactive, engaged, and solution-oriented We Offer A positive, warm, and developmental work environment Close collaboration in an engaged and competent team Two-teacher model Small classes Present school leadership and short decision-making paths Collective agreement, complimentary pedagogical lunch, and wellness contribution Application Please send your application to [email protected].
