Description Utbynässkolan is an F-3 school with approximately 200 students and about 25 employees, including professionals within EHT. It is a small and safe school with proximity to nature and our school forest. The facilities have been recently renovated with a new school cafeteria and gymnasium. The schoolyard has also been recently upgraded with new playground equipment. Job Responsibilities As an after-school teacher at Utbynässkolan, you will, together with your team, plan, implement, and follow up on a meaningful, safe, and developmental after-school program for our students. You create instruction that stimulates students' curiosity, participation, and desire to learn. The assignment includes offering students varied activities where they have the opportunity to develop socially, creatively, and academically based on their needs and circumstances. During the school day, you are assigned to the preschool class where you, together with teachers and other colleagues, play an important role in supporting students' development, learning, and wellbeing. You actively contribute to the common work of creating a positive, inclusive, and educational environment throughout the school day. You also participate in developing the after-school program's activities together with colleagues, where student influence, safety, and meaningful learning are at the center. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed after-school teacher. Certification in music is a merit. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and can express yourself clearly and appropriately adapted to the recipient, target group, and situation. We are looking for you who are flexible and adapt easily to changed circumstances, new information, and shifting demands. You see opportunities in change and can adjust both your work methods and approach when the operation requires it. You are a good team player who contributes to a positive work environment through attentiveness, willingness to cooperate, and focus on the common mission.
