Teacher in After-School Program for Lärcentra Special Education Group

Responsibilities Your assignment will be to lead and conduct pedagogical work in the after-school program together with other educators based on the curriculum and other governing documents. As a teacher in the after-school program, you will have an important role in daily activities where you, with a conscious approach, enable children to discover and develop their abilities in a comprehensive way. An important part of the work is to ensure that all children are seen and feel that they have a natural place at school and in the after-school program. You are responsible for providing children with a learning, challenging, meaningful, creative, and engaging play and learning environment. Together with your colleagues, you maintain an ongoing pedagogical dialogue with a commitment to change, deepen, and develop. Qualifications We are looking for you with certification as a leisure pedagogue or teacher with a focus on after-school programs. We would appreciate if you have previous experience working with groups of children. You have a positive attitude and interest in developing working methods as well as sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues. Please attach your CV and cover letter with your application.
