Duties
As an after-school program teacher, you play an important role in supporting students' social development and creating an environment characterized by joy, safety, and respect. You are responsible for planning and implementing pedagogical activities both outdoors and indoors, and you work thematically with everything from creative activities and movement to values-based work and environmental awareness. You collaborate closely with the school's other teachers and contribute to continuity between school and after-school activities. The work takes place both during school hours and after-school time, before and after school days as well as during school breaks.
Furthermore, we see that you are ambitious about developing after-school activities by improving the quality of instruction, strengthening students' learning, and supporting and developing your colleagues.

Kvibergsskolan F-9 is a school that gives students a good opportunity to act in and influence their future. Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified after-school program teacher. It is advantageous if you have previous experience with development work in after-school activities and certification to teach another subject.
As a person, you take responsibility for your work tasks and the group's work tasks. You think about those we serve and their best interests. You do your best to complete all work tasks properly and follow up on how it went. You have a good understanding of how individuals acquire knowledge and their different conditions. You adapt your way of communicating your message to the recipient and encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement. We also see that you are driven and development-oriented.
Furthermore, you work well with others by listening, showing interest and respect. You understand the shared mission and work to make it as good as possible.
