About You First and foremost, we're looking for you with teacher certification with qualification in after-school care. Second, we're looking for you with a diploma or completed education as an after-school teacher. Alternatively, you're nearing the end of your education as an after-school teacher. It's a merit if you have qualification to teach multiple subjects, based on the operation's needs. It's a requirement that you have experience as a teacher in curriculum-based after-school care, through internship or as an employee. It's a merit if you've worked as an after-school teacher for at least one school year. In your role as an after-school teacher, you have good knowledge of the school's mission and are well acquainted with the curriculum (Lgr22) and other governing documents. You have strong communicative skills in spoken and written Swedish. This is so that, according to the curriculum (Lgr22), you can organize and conduct your work in a way that supports students in their language and communication development. You're responsible for ensuring that each student can use the Swedish language in a rich and nuanced way. As an after-school teacher, you're a good role model. You have the ability to adapt your instruction to students and let them participate in shaping the instruction. In a quality-conscious manner, you create good conditions for student development and learning, and you document it.
