JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking an elementary after-school teacher at Stora Hammars School! You will join our after-school team and become part of a wonderful group of colleagues who strive for every student's success! At Stora Hammars School, we work closely together in pedagogical teams organized by grade level. The team is your primary support in daily work, and pedagogical staff are expected to contribute to every child's overall development. We provide students with the conditions to grow, be challenged, and succeed through planned activities based on student needs, interests, and experiences. Together with your colleagues at the after-school program, you will stimulate students' development and learning while offering them meaningful recreational time. Step by step, you will collectively develop the after-school activities. You will daily foster students' imagination and ability to learn together with others through play, movement, and creative expression through aesthetic forms, as well as through exploratory and practical work methods. You maintain a trusting collaboration with the school and help ensure continuity in instruction for students. You identify and support students in need of special support. You are an engaged and present educator with a clear focus on students.
