JOB RESPONSIBILITIES For the past three years, we have been working at the lower elementary level at Färjestaden School in a new organizational perspective. We work fully within an F-3 framework where the four teams are responsible for their respective grade levels. To meet the students' needs throughout the school day, the teams consist of teachers with different types of expertise and different areas of responsibility. These include primary school teachers, after-school teachers, and special education teachers. You will be part of a team consisting of eight to ten educators. Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting instruction. This is done individually and together with your colleagues, both during after-school time and school time. We therefore set high demands on your ability to collaborate and be part of a whole. But also your ability to elevate your surroundings. Furthermore, you adapt easily and can maintain focus when circumstances sometimes change. You contribute to a good work environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a degree and certification as an after-school teacher. You have a natural interest in children, learning, and development work. You understand the importance of collaboration as an important means to improve the quality of instruction. You have a holistic perspective regarding different learning environments. We expect you to have good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents. You develop and improve both your individual work and your knowledge of collegial work based on research and proven experience. To create successful teams, we are looking for someone who is curious, open to developing the school's methods, and flexible in your collaborative approach. As a person, you have the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, and can contribute to a good work environment. In your work, you are passionate about and good at keeping the student in focus. Furthermore, you have the ability to work in a solution-oriented, structured, and goal-directed manner. Together with your colleagues, you actively work on improvement and development initiatives to drive school development forward. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Selection is ongoing.
