Häggenås School is seeking a teacher for after-school program Häggenås School F-6 with approximately 100 students is part of the Lits school area which also includes Treälvsskolan F-9 with approximately 360 students and Bringåsen School F-6 with approximately 60 students. At all schools, everyone should feel included, responsible, respectful, and safe. In the Lit school area, we have a positive view of students and high expectations. Together we can make a difference every day! Your New Job As a teacher in the after-school program, you will support students' development and learning. You will assist students in their education throughout the day and thereby gain a comprehensive picture of how the student and group function both during school time and during after-school activities. Your task is to conduct education at the after-school program. You will be responsible for planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-ups. Collaboration with the rest of the team and the home is important to ensure that students have the opportunity to develop as much as possible. The need to adapt the program to meet all different students' needs is a large and important assignment. The position may also involve teaching in a school subject depending on your qualifications and expertise. Your Competence Requirements Licensed after-school pedagogue/primary teacher for after-school program. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious You have good knowledge of the after-school program's governing documents and can implement them in daily work. You have a strong interest in developing teaching and supporting students in their learning process. Your view of students aligns with the curriculum's values-based intentions. You have a strong interest in pedagogical challenges and dare to challenge yourself and your colleagues to think about development. It is meritorious if you have previous work experience. It is meritorious to have experience working with students with special educational needs or students in adapted primary school, as collaboration and cooperation with the school's other activities occurs regularly. You are flexible and can find new solutions. You are independent and confident in your pedagogical leadership and have a good ability to create relationships with both students and colleagues.
