JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The work involves you working in the classroom in the morning together with the responsible mentor. In the afternoon, you are responsible together with your colleagues for the afterschool program activities. You will be placed in the lower grades. In our work teams, we work together as a team. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with teacher certification for afterschool/youth pedagogue. We expect you to be engaged and inspiring. You follow students' development and challenge each individual student based on their abilities. Your task will be to work together with the work team to create the best conditions for each student to succeed in their learning. We expect you to participate in and enrich the school's development work. Active values-based work is also a given for you. Good collaboration skills are a requirement. You document, reflect, and analyze your work both independently and together with your colleagues. You have the whole child at the center and see the benefit of collaborating with other professions to create the best learning environment. Security in your professional role is combined with clarity and an ability to set boundaries. You preferably have knowledge in textile crafts, although it is not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date: September 28, 2026 or by agreement.
