Lindesborgsskolan is located in a leafy residential area in Tomelilla, centrally situated with proximity to nature. It is the municipality's largest F-6 unit with approximately 310 students. The school is built on one level with sports, crafts, and music halls. Students have access to a large schoolyard with ball fields, swings, climbing structures, sandboxes, and a sledding hill in winter. All of this contributes to many physical activities. The after-school care has four departments: Linden F (preschool class), Linden 1 (grade 1), Varglyan (grades 2-3), and Gladan (grades 4-6). 1 position(s). You work toward accessible teaching that meets all students' needs and maintains high quality. For the school year 26/27, we have invested in building a special teaching group in preschool class. It is advantageous if you have experience working with students with some form of neuropsychiatric condition (NPF), where your creativity in teaching becomes important. You work in a team together with the students. Your work tasks include planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical work, both individually and in collaboration with the work team and other colleagues. You are responsible for creating and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. Your work tasks include ongoing contact with guardians. During the school day, you have an important role during breaks and contribute to increased break activities, including movement initiatives in the school. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained and licensed as a teacher with a focus on after-school care with a specialization in art, or as a teacher in the lower years of primary school (grades F-3). It is advantageous if you have education and experience working with children and students with neuropsychiatric conditions (NPF) and have knowledge of how teaching and learning environments can be adapted based on students' different needs. As a person, you are driven, courageous, and dare to challenge yourself to continually learn and develop. You have good digital competence that is evident in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching and that contributes to good accessibility for colleagues, students, and guardians. In your role, you are a good role model and a relationship-building person with the ability to motivate and support students in finding their inner motivation for learning and development.
