As part of RF/SISU Dalarna's movement initiative, we integrate movement and activity into the school day to promote health, motivation, and learning. Now we are looking for you who wants to be part of our engaged team and help develop the after-school program further. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher in the after-school program with us, you have an important role in the students' entire school day. You work both during school hours and in the after-school program's activities, where you together with colleagues create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment that promotes students' development, creativity, and social interaction. The assignment includes planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on teaching and activities that help develop an activity that sparks curiosity, desire to learn, and joy of movement. As part of our team, you actively work to ensure that each student feels safe, involved, and inspired to develop according to their capabilities. You collaborate closely with colleagues, students, and guardians to create the best conditions for students' learning and well-being. QUALIFICATIONS Teacher in After-School Program Educated Teacher in After-School Program or other pedagogical university education assessed as equivalent. You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy and respect. You are unpretentious and acknowledge and reward others' contributions. You have the ability to plan and organize your work. You easily set goals, organize resources, follow up, and complete activities. You have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You encourage and support change initiatives. You easily adapt your behavior in relation to other people's needs. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer.
