Teacher in After-School Program We are now seeking an engaged and professional teacher in our after-school program who wants to help develop our operations based on the school's governing documents and a clear whole-day learning approach. For us, the after-school program is an important part of students' entire school day. You work closely with the school's other professionals to create a coherent, meaningful, and safe learning environment where students' development, learning, and well-being are at the center. Job Description As a teacher in the after-school program, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing instruction in the after-school program based on current governing documents. The position involves close collaboration with the school's other staff to create a coherent whole-day learning experience. You work to build relationships to promote students' safety, learning, and social development. Work Tasks As a teacher in the after-school program with us: Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction in the after-school program based on Lgr22 and other governing documents Actively contribute to whole-day learning in cooperation with the school Create structured, creative, and inclusive learning environments Work deliberately to build safe and trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians Participate in the school's systematic quality improvement work What We Offer Operations with clear focus on quality and development Collegial collaboration and shared responsibility for students' entire school day Opportunity to influence the after-school program's content and approach A safe workplace where relationships, participation, and learning are highly valued Qualifications We are looking for you who Hold teaching certification with qualification to teach in after-school programs Have good knowledge of and actively work according to current governing documents See relationship-building as a foundation for learning and development Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Are solution-focused, engaged, and confident in your profession Employment The position is a permanent employment at 100%, a vacation replacement position.
