WORK DUTIES
In the role of teacher in the after-school program, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating meaningful and pedagogical activities before and after the school day. You lead activities in play, movement, and creative work that stimulate students' learning and social development, while creating a safe and inclusive environment. Through close collaboration with the school's teachers and other colleagues, you contribute to connecting the school day and after-school program into a whole. The position also includes cooperation with guardians.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in after-school programs, enjoy working in a leadership role, and want to stimulate the team toward shared development. You are driven by creating safe relationships and conditions for learning. You are solution-focused and have the ability to organize and coordinate.
