Your Assignment As a preschool class teacher, you are responsible for teaching in your subjects. You plan, implement, and evaluate instruction based on the curriculum. You monitor, assess, and document students' knowledge development and ensure that teaching maintains high quality and contributes to students' learning and development. The role includes mentoring, where you build trusting and professional relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You conduct development discussions and actively work to create safe structures for students' social and academic development. You are part of a team F-3. You collaborate closely on planning, assessment, and systematic quality work. To create the right conditions for students, close collaboration with the school's aftercare program, other teachers, the student welfare team, and if needed, the sociopedagogical team is required. There is room to influence and develop teaching based on interest, knowledge, and experience. Your Experience For this position, you must have: - Teaching certification with eligibility for grades F-3 - Experience teaching as a teacher in primary grades - Knowledge of and/or experience with reading and writing instruction - Strong ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you also have: - Experience with mentoring - Knowledge and experience working with an inclusive approach - Experience working with students in need of extra accommodation and special support - Good knowledge of NPF diagnoses - Experience using digital teaching materials as a pedagogical tool Is This You?
