About the Position Language Centre is seeking an engaged and inspiring teacher of Finnish and Meänkieli for Kävlinge's primary schools! As a native language teacher, you will plan, teach, and assess students according to the curriculum in the native language subject. We are looking for someone who can work with language development based on the latest research and conduct modern and creative instruction to reach every student. You adapt your teaching to all students at their level, always with the student's best interests in focus. In your work, you demonstrate good leadership and use alternative teaching tools. Good relationships with students and guardians are important to you, and through dialogue and mutual respect, you are a bridge between home and school. Are You the Person We're Looking For? We are primarily seeking someone who is a certified native language teacher with at least 30 credits in the native language. It is meritorious if you have previously worked as a native language teacher. The position requires good IT skills and the ability to integrate digital technology into your teaching. In your work, you are positive and engaged, have good collaborative skills, and are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license and access to your own car is a big plus. About the Employment We will conduct interviews on a rolling basis—we warmly welcome your application today! Language Centre in Kävlinge consists of the unit for Native Language and School Introduction, where assessment of newly arrived students is carried out.
