In this role, you will be part of the Children and Education Sector. For us, the development of children and young people is in focus. Gymnasium Skövde is the collective name for the municipality's two upper secondary schools, Kavelbro and Västerhöjd. Together, the schools offer 16 national upper secondary programs, introductory programs with various specializations, and adapted upper secondary school with three national programs and individual programs. We also offer national sports education in handball and football. The schools have a broad international network and exchange with other countries. RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in aesthetic subjects • Jointly drive the work team and program QUALIFICATIONS • We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach art and design in upper secondary school. • You have strong subject knowledge and a great interest in art, visual arts, and creative work. • You are confident in your teaching role and create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment where students can develop according to their own abilities. • You work in a structured and independent manner while being able to collaborate easily with colleagues. • Experience in upper secondary teaching and knowledge of both traditional and digital imaging techniques are advantageous. • Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and commitment to students' learning and development. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-09-21 or by agreement through 2027-06-16.
