Your Responsibilities
Your primary task will be planning, teaching, mentoring, and values-based education according to the curriculum (LGR22). But being a teacher today encompasses so much more. Teaching involves constantly developing new approaches based on the students you meet. Capturing students' interests and creating engaging and challenging instruction based on them. It also involves documenting student learning to enable them to reach their goals. Beyond pedagogy, you will also work on student well-being to ensure students feel good and safe at school.
Your Qualifications
You are a certified teacher in primary school for grades F-6, or a certified preschool teacher with authorization to teach in preschool class. You are confident in your pedagogical leadership and actively use digital tools in the classroom. As a person, you build trust, serve as a role model, and develop relationships with students and their guardians. Collaboration is self-evident for you, both in planning and in sharing knowledge and experience.

Recruitment Process
During weeks 29-30 we will have a summer break in the recruitment process. This means we will have limited ability to answer questions and any interviews will take place earliest from week 31 onward.
We have a central and unified recruitment process for teachers in primary schools. This means we interview and fill positions on an ongoing basis according to school needs. We update the listing continuously with new openings. You can of course indicate which schools interest you when submitting your application. If you advance after a potential interview, you will have the opportunity to visit selected schools based on current needs.
If you are not a certified teacher, your application may be forwarded to principals with available temporary positions.
If you currently work as a teacher in our schools but are interested in transferring to another unit, you need to apply here. However, you will not need to go through all steps in the recruitment process.

Additional Information
Before employment, we conduct a background check and you must provide a valid criminal record clearance from the police.
During the interview, you must verify your citizenship. You can do so with a passport or identity document together with ID. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must provide proof of a valid work permit or exemption from the requirement.
