Tallängen School is located in the calm Hällabrottet area, with forest extending onto the school grounds offering fantastic opportunities for play and outdoor activities. The school consists of preschool class, after-school care, and school from grades 1 to 6. About 30 staff members work at the school.
We view Tallängen School as a shared workplace where we together focus on seeing possibilities in differences and based on that develop all our students' goal achievement, both within after-school activities and preschool class as well as in primary school (F-3 and 4-6).
Right now we are focusing among other things on development work within language-developing methods and developing the work of directing support to students where it is needed most.

WORK TASKS
With us at Tallängen School you will be active within the F-3 work team which mainly consists of teachers, after-school care teachers, and student support staff. You will have, together with a teacher colleague, responsibility for teaching grade 3 (which consists of 35 students) and also ensure that planning is well anchored in collaboration with the work team.
You have close cooperation with guardians, the school's student health team, and the principal. Collaboration, communication, and professionalism are important guiding principles in our activities. This is a permanent position.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a teacher certification for younger ages and who is interested in school development. That you are positive, engaged, and flexible as well as having the ability for innovative thinking are qualities that we highly value. You have good collaboration skills as well as a positive and professional approach toward both students, guardians, and colleagues. You should be curious about students' different ways of thinking, learning, and understanding and see their individual needs as an obvious asset and rewarding challenge.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Selection and interviews will take place continuously during the application period and the position may therefore be filled before the final application deadline.

Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-08-06 or by agreement.
