We are seeking an engaged French teacher to instruct all students in Grade 6 throughout Arvika Municipality – do you enjoy a varied role where you get to meet different students with different needs where no two days are alike? Qualifications To succeed in the role of French teacher, we see that you have: Teacher certification with authorization to teach French. The ability to create an inclusive, clear, and motivating learning environment. Good ability to plan, implement, and follow up on instruction in accordance with curriculum guidelines. Class B driver's license and access to your own car. It is also a merit if you as a French teacher also have: Experience teaching in Grade 6 is a plus. You find it easy to adapt your work methods and communication to the needs of the student group and enjoy switching between teaching different groups within Grade 6. As a person, you are collaborative and actively contribute to a positive and professional work environment. You have a good ability to build relationships, create security, and motivate students to develop their language skills. Responsibilities In your tasks as a French teacher, you will: Teach students in Grade 6 French at all of our school facilities (Kyrkeby, Gate, Dottevik, Sulvik, Järven, and Edane). Plan, prepare, and implement instruction in accordance with the curriculum and the municipality's guidelines. Assess, document, and follow up on students' academic development.
