You work together with colleagues and student support services to create the best possible conditions for each student to achieve as much as possible. With us, you are expected to work independently, in an organized manner, and professionally, but you will never be alone—we help each other and develop our operations together. What are we looking for in you? We are looking for you—a certified teacher with credentials for grades 4–6 or 7–9—who wants to make a difference for our students. You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom who combines structure with creativity. You have strong commitment to student learning and contribute energy and ideas to the team.
