Your New Job We are looking for a new colleague for grade 3. You will be part of a team and will teach in the lower grades. The team includes experienced colleagues. Together with them, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing teaching in a way that is based on a holistic view of the student and their needs, in accordance with the curriculum and other governing documents. As a teacher in F–3, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum's goals and the school's governing documents. You create a developing and inspiring learning environment where each student has the opportunity to develop their knowledge, abilities, and self-confidence. The task includes mapping and documenting students' knowledge development and adapting teaching based on their needs. You work both independently and in close collaboration with the team and other teacher colleagues to continuously develop the quality of teaching. As a mentor for a class, you build safe and trusting relationships with students and guardians and contribute to good cooperation within the school. Together with colleagues, you work toward a positive, inclusive, and pleasant school environment that promotes learning, development, and safety throughout the school day. The school currently has 355 students and just over 50 employees work here. You are a confident and skilled teacher who uses the curriculum as a natural tool in your daily work and who naturally takes on the many tasks that the teaching profession entails. In the team, you are a team player who sees the value of collaborating, sharing ideas, and building teaching together – always with the students' best interests in focus. With clear and warm leadership, you create teaching that both engages and develops, and you meet each student where they are to strengthen both knowledge and self-esteem. You find it easy to create trusting relationships and your inclusive approach ensures that all students feel seen and included.
