Job Responsibilities
We now have two open positions in grades 7-9. One position includes teaching mathematics, and the other includes teaching mathematics and science.
Your duties include mentoring. You enjoy being a teacher and meeting young people with different backgrounds and circumstances. In your work, you plan, implement, and evaluate instruction. Therefore, we place great value on your commitment, your ability to work independently, and your pedagogical expertise.
Qualifications
You are a certified teacher with authorization to teach mathematics and/or physics, chemistry, and biology in grades 7-9.
You have excellent leadership skills and a natural ability to build relationships with young people. You also have good knowledge of and experience working with students in need of support, students facing challenges in neuropsychiatric areas, students with a language background other than Swedish, and students with behavior that deviates from norms.
You value and contribute to good cooperation through an open, responsive, and problem-solving approach. Since close collaboration with guardians, student support services, teachers, and other school staff is required, strong cooperation skills and communication ability are essential. At the same time, you need to be self-directed, willing to take responsibility, and enjoy working independently in this role.
You are flexible, take initiative, and are willing to try new approaches to find solutions.
