Job Responsibilities In this position, you will be a class teacher at the middle school level and follow your students through the grade levels. In your work, you plan, conduct, and evaluate your teaching both individually and together with your colleagues. At Målsrydskolan, we are organized into a work team, grades F-6, where we learn from each other and solve challenges together. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified teacher, preferably for grades 4-6, with broad subject qualifications. Adjustment of the position may be possible depending on your qualifications. It is meritorious if you have experience with mentoring in VFU. You are a confident person with clear leadership and a approach that aligns with the school's values. You have an openness to meeting children and adults with different backgrounds and conditions. Since we work in teams, your ability to collaborate and be adaptable is very important. You are skilled at communicating with both children and adults and are accustomed to adapting your communication.
