Olympica operates preschool and primary school activities at several locations in Dalarna. Olympicaskolan in Hedemora is a primary school with approximately 200 students from preschool class through grade 6. About the Position
As a teacher, you are a good leader with a clear pedagogical leadership style that radiates safety and security. You will be the class teacher for one of our grade 5 classes, as well as be part of and develop the grades 4-6 team. Teaching may take place in multiple classes.
Your main task as a teacher is to be responsible for students' learning and development through instruction, guidance, and support. You use methods, content, and approach based on each student's abilities and conditions so that students progress as far as possible in their knowledge development. Together we have developed routines and rules that provide both students and teachers with security. At school, we use lesson observations where you get help from 10 dimensions of learning processes in instruction. You document, follow up, and evaluate your teaching.
