WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher with us, you will: • teach students primarily at the middle school level • plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction in accordance with the curriculum • serve as a mentor for a group of students, which means you are responsible for their social and academic development • collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being • create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment • actively participate in the school's development work and contribute to a positive school environment QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you if you: • are a certified teacher with authorization to teach in grades 4-6 • have clear pedagogical leadership and good ability to create structure and classroom order • have good ability to create and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents • have a strong commitment to contributing to each student's development and learning • have the ability to work independently as well as in teams Experience with teaching and mentoring is a merit. You are a teacher who sees possibilities before obstacles. You enjoy meeting students where they are and are motivated by seeing them grow both academically and as individuals.
