JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will become part of a team with competent colleagues and engaged school leaders who work together to create successful, accessible learning environments. As a teacher, you will have a principal as your direct supervisor, and you will be part of a work team with your colleagues led by a team leader. In your role as a teacher, you have responsibility for: • Planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating instruction based on the school's governing documents. • Participating in collegial learning to enable co-planning, assessment, and grading. • Participating in individual and collective school and professional development based on student needs. • Actively contributing in work teams, subject teams, teams, work groups, staff meetings, and workplace meetings. • Participating in systematic quality work and development efforts based on national and local governing documents. • Participating in values-based work to promote safety and study environment, and to prevent bullying and harassment. • Managing school-social and unplanned student incidents, such as during recess supervision and pedagogical lunches. • Mentoring is included in the assignment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with completed teacher training with appropriate qualifications and certification, which is a basic requirement for the position. You have good knowledge of the Education Act, the curriculum (Lgr22), and other relevant governing documents, and can apply these in your daily work. Experience with instruction and work using language and knowledge-developing methods is meritorious, especially if you have experience working with students in need of support or in multilingual and multicultural environments. You are comfortable using and integrating digital tools in your instruction and have experience with digital platforms for pedagogical work and documentation. Additionally, you have the ability to create safe and inclusive learning environments that promote study environment, wellbeing, and student health. We are looking for someone who, in your professional role, always puts the child's and student's needs at the center. You have a strong ability to take responsibility for daily work and contribute to student development through a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. As a goal- and results-oriented person, you strive to develop both your own instruction and the operation as a whole, always with the student's best interests in focus. You are a solution-oriented and structured person who can adapt your work approach to different needs and conditions. With a positive attitude and ability to build trusting relationships, you create good collaborations with students, guardians, and colleagues.
