Mellegården School is beautifully situated approximately 15 km east of Strömstad center. It is a smaller school with approximately 100 students and an after-school program with around 40 students. For us, it is important that every student reaches as far as possible in their learning development, feels safe and thrives with us. All students are everyone's children at our school. Our small teaching team helps each other across grade levels and collaborates in the ways we can. We also work closely with the schools in Skee and out on Rossö. 1 position(s). QUALIFICATIONS You are a skilled and engaged teacher with a teaching license and have a clear ability to create strong, trusting relationships with students, colleagues and guardians. Through your relationship-building leadership, you contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student is given the best possible conditions to develop. You have good experience working with the circle model and use it consciously to strengthen students' language and knowledge development. With a structured and language-developing approach, you support students in reaching further in their learning. You are professional, reflective and development-oriented in your role, and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experiences with colleagues. Through your commitment and pedagogical skills, you actively contribute to the school's development.
