WORK DUTIES
As a teacher with us, you work in a team with grades 4-6 teachers. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementation, and assessment based on curriculum documents and the school's commitments. Evaluating your work, actively working to create an accessible learning environment to meet students' needs, finding strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal development is an important part of your assignment. You participate in evaluating and developing the school's activities based on knowledge, science, and current research.
You will be part of a teaching team where you are expected to actively contribute with a solution- and results-oriented approach with students' needs at the center. Together, we work to support each other and inspire each other with a positive attitude toward our mission. You collaborate with colleagues, parents, student support teams, and school leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a qualified primary school teacher with certification to teach grades 4-6 in the subjects of mathematics, natural sciences, technology, Swedish, and art, and have experience conducting teaching.
We assume that you stand firmly in the school's values and can implement the curriculum in an activity of high quality. You should be a clear and positive leader in the student group with the ability to create a good and accessible teaching environment. You work toward inclusive solutions with the goal of students being participatory in their learning.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and your work should be characterized by curiosity, warmth, and conscious choices. We want you to describe your abilities in meeting students, in leadership, and in collaboration with others in your application and at a possible interview. From experience, we know that the ability to analyze and reflect on your own contributions and the content of activities is also very important for quality. Therefore, it is important that you can reflect on the content of the activities and your implementation. We expect you to have good collaboration skills, willingness, and ability to participate in the school's systematic quality work.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
