Värmskog friskola och förskola consists of a preschool with two departments, after-school care for the school's students, preschool class, and elementary school grades 1–6. The entire operation is located on the same property, so close collaboration and shared use of facilities is a great asset. We have our own school kitchen where food is prepared from scratch with the goal of using Swedish and locally produced ingredients. Do you have high expectations for students and their ability to develop? Are you responsive to each student's circumstances and needs? Do you have the willingness and curiosity to help develop a school that strives for accessible learning environments and safety for all students? Responsibilities: You will plan, implement, document, and evaluate instruction in relation to student learning and the school's governing documents. The position includes mentoring. You will be part of a teaching team and are expected to collaborate with your colleagues to develop instruction and stimulate students' knowledge acquisition and goal attainment. You collaborate to create a good learning and work environment and actively participate in the school's development work. Interviews for the position are conducted on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
