About the Position
The agricultural program is one of the school's oldest and largest educational branches. With the new upper secondary school reform, we are now bringing the education into the future. You will become one of the most important people in our students' daily lives. Together with the team within our agricultural program at the nature-based upper secondary school, you will have the opportunity to inspire, engage, and educate young people in agricultural subjects.
The position includes theoretical instruction in the classroom and practical work in the field. The main focus of the position will be on teaching crop production, but other subjects will also be included. Your task will be to convey theoretical knowledge and anchor it in practical application.

If you lack previous experience teaching at the upper secondary level, we will arrange individual support to help you succeed in your new role.
About You
We are looking for someone who wants to work with our fantastic students and be part of our development of agricultural education at the school. To be a good fit for the position, you need to have solid experience working in agriculture and strong competence in crop production and preferably machinery. You are a good role model, social, organized, and passionate about educating the next generation in the green sector. You want to give our students the best conditions to reach their goals!
You work well collaborating with students, colleagues, and guardians. You stay current in the industry and independently carry out your part of the instruction, both planning and implementation. As a person, you have a positive demeanor and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
You place students and their knowledge development at the center and have strong ability to adapt instruction to different students' needs.
Qualifications
Class B driver's license
Practical experience in crop production
Meritorious (not required)
Experience working with or leading young people
Higher education in agriculture, such as agronomist or agricultural engineer
Vocational teacher certification
Start date by agreement.
Scope and Employment Type 100% permanent position, preceded by a six-month probationary period.
