Österbo Lantbruk is seeking a committed and responsible team member for our farm, which consists of approximately 350 beef cattle and arable land. We grow grain and hay to meet our own feed requirements. We are now looking for a team member with agricultural experience who wants to share responsibility for daily farm operations together with the owner. You need to have a good eye for animals and be solution-oriented, as well as being in good physical condition since the work is somewhat physically demanding. You need to be able to operate a tractor and loader. It is important that you can work independently and as part of a team. We will place great emphasis on experience and independence as this is a small workplace. Working hours: Full-time or by agreement. The position also includes weekend work according to schedule.
