Your Assignment Nacka Senior Center Sjötäppan is beautifully located by Neglingeviken in central Saltsjöbaden, surrounded by a large garden and lovely walking paths along the water. Here there are both somatic units and dementia units, an in-house kitchen with home-cooked meals, and an active social program with daily activities for our residents. As a temporary hourly worker, you are an important part of the team and work to ensure that our seniors feel safe, seen, and well cared for. You respond to each resident's individual needs and provide support within nursing care, elderly care, and service. Your work tasks include: - personal hygiene and nursing care - alarm management - social activities and community - service and practical support - documentation Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts (07:00–21:00). We would like you to start as soon as possible and to be interested in an extended full-time temporary position. Nacka Senior Center Sjötäppan has parking right outside the facility, making it easy to get here by car. For this position, you must have: - Very good Swedish language skills - At least 18 years old - Experience working with seniors - Experience interacting with people with dementia diagnosis - Completed or ongoing education in health care and elderly care - Experience with documentation and computer systems Is It You?
