Competencies
· Must have strong knowledge of the Swedish language
· Able to take responsibility for your work
· Able to take own initiative, possess social skills, and work independently as well as in a team
· Previous experience
· Clear and precise in communication and organized
· SRY certification is an advantage
· Driver's license is required
Requirements
· Must be an EU/EES citizen or have approved visa status in Sweden
· Be detail-oriented, maintain high cleaning standards, and be open to receiving constructive feedback
· Work efficiently at a fast pace
· We will request a criminal background check as a condition for employment
Job Duties
· Clean cottages, public areas, and municipal buildings such as schools and preschools
· Deliver excellent service to our guests
· Support our team to the best of your ability to achieve our goals and standards
· Follow department guidelines and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
· Report damage and handle lost and found items
· Maintain work vehicles, laundry facilities, and ensure all cleaning supplies are properly managed
· Perform any work tasks deemed necessary by management
