Job Position Information: We are looking for skilled and responsible colleagues to join our small team for manual composite manufacturing. This is not assembly line production - the work is precise, custom-made, and small-batch, where quality, details, and careful execution matter. Job responsibilities include: - preparation of models, molds, and composite parts before painting - sanding, filling, puttying, and final surface finishing - application of primer, filler, and topcoat paints - manufacturing and repairs of models and molds for composite production - quality control of surfaces and dimensional accuracy - adherence to technological procedures and safety regulations - care of assigned equipment, tools, and workspace We require: - vocational training or experience in painting, modeling, carpentry, automotive painting, or similar technical field - experience with painting, sanding, and surface preparation - manual dexterity, attention to detail, and eye for precision - ability to work independently and as part of a team - experience with composite part manufacturing (fiberglass, carbon fiber) is a plus - willingness to learn new technologies - responsible approach to work - good health status We offer: morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM employment on a permanent contract with a stable company corresponding financial compensation based on experience work on interesting and technically demanding projects training and opportunity for professional growth modern working environment and quality equipment friendly team meal allowance and additional employee benefits according to company policy start date immediately or by agreement.
