WHAT AWAITS YOU? - Surface preparation for painting work: You will thoroughly remove dust, degrease, and sand surfaces so the final coat adheres perfectly and no defects occur. - Painting work: You will perform painting of composite products with primer or final coat, you are responsible for preparing paint materials for use (correct color shade), you perform final surface finish sanding and polishing. - Final surface finish sanding and polishing: You perform fine sanding and professional polishing to achieve a smooth, high-gloss finish without streaks or irregularities. - Storage of finished products: You carefully place completed parts on prescribed pallets and into designated storage zones, properly label them, and ensure their safe storage. - Compliance with technological procedures and work instructions: You ensure each production step follows company regulations, evaluate any deviations and discuss them with the team, thereby maintaining stable process quality. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? - Manual dexterity and precision: Your skillful and precise approach is key to every detail – you can work with both finesse and the precision that brings quality to our work. - Painting experience: Proven painting experience is required. - Willingness to work in a two-shift operation: You are flexible and prepared for a two-shift schedule (7.75 h/day), which is absolutely necessary in our facility to maintain production continuity. - Attention to detail: You have an eye for detail and can eliminate any inaccuracy – your work is always thoroughly checked to meet our high standards. - Reliability: Your approach is systematic and consistent – we can count on you in every situation requiring consistency and precision. - Responsibility: You take your tasks seriously and with full commitment – your responsibility is key to the success of the entire work process.
