Physician for Our New Infection Drop-In Clinic at Fruängen Health Center

Then this might be for you! At Fruängen Health Center, we are now seeking a licensed physician who wants to take responsibility for our drop-in clinic for patients with infections. The drop-in clinic will be open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–11:00 AM. Patients come without appointments and receive triage assistance on-site from a nurse or nursing assistant before physician evaluation. A Position You Get to Shape This is a role for someone who values independence and the opportunity to have influence. We have a clear mandate and a functioning basic structure, but there is great opportunity for you to shape the position, work methods, and routines around the clinic. You will: - assess and treat patients with common infectious conditions - work with a high patient flow during drop-in hours - collaborate closely with a nurse or nursing assistant - help develop routines and work methods for the clinic - contribute your own ideas on how the operation can develop Who Are We Looking For? We believe you are someone who: - is stress-resilient and confident in your physician role - has good and professional patient interactions - enjoys seeing many patients in a short time - thrives working at a fast pace and in a team - wants to work within a defined scope focused only on infection patients - is flexible and sees opportunities rather than limitations - values taking responsibility and having a say in how work is organized You could be a general practitioner specialist, an experienced physician who wants to work part-time or in a slightly different way, or perhaps a junior physician with relevant experience. If you want to work more than 50%, there is an opportunity to expand the position with regular clinic work at the health center. However, this is not the right position if you want to pursue specialty training in general medicine.
